Sourcing Specialist

Location: Mesa, AZ  (Alma School/US 60)
Job Type: Full Time/Part Time - 8-5PM (FT)

Job Overview:
WorldWide Medical is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates by sourcing resumes from various job boards and online platforms, then entering and organizing candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your efforts will directly support the hiring pipeline by ensuring a steady flow of top talent into the system for our recruiters to engage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for and identify qualified resumes on job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Nursing Job Cafe, PracticeLink etc.) based on open role requirements

• Use Boolean searches and keyword filters to find top-tier talent

• Review resumes for alignment with job qualifications and employer needs

• Input and categorize candidate information accurately into the ATS

• Maintain data hygiene and consistency within the ATS

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand current and upcoming sourcing needs

• Track sourcing metrics and report on progress weekly

• Stay up to date with sourcing trends and tools to enhance talent acquisition efforts

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR support (preferred)

• Familiarity with major job boards and resume databases

• Experience working with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ultra Staff, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills:

• Boolean search expertise

• Previous high-volume sourcing experience

• Experience in a staffing agency or call centerd type environment
